Promising to be a great app, worth getting now

Its a bit buggy (doesnt remember your customized menu), but is a really great resource for emergency medicine, and promises to be an even greater app when it hits 1.0; cant wait!

Update.....

Its buggy and although a lot of work clearly went into it, I cant help but fear that the developer just gave up on any real development and has just released it in this alpha form. definitely not worth $20. Even with its bugs fixed, I would say its worth $5.
