I have been using Emedic on my PDA. Now it is back for iPhone and iPod and I like it very much.

Is a good app, had it on my palm pilot, but when can we expect an update cos the calculators dont work? Paid for half an app
Its a good quick ref app but there needs to be fixes! Select pulse locations an you get a black screen!
Please consider putting an option in settings to use US or the rest of the world when it comes to measurements! Blood Glucose levels for example are in mg/dL, please consider also the option of mmol/L as we are not all Americans! Also, hoping the full version comes out soon, as some of the calculators, anatomy etc. are still not available in this pre-release version and its been a very long time since any updates!!! Will the app ever be completed??
Great app. If only my local EMS would put it into this kind of format.
This app has proved very useful in the week Ive had it. It could use a few upgrades to the anatomy pictures and some of the drug information could be expanded on as well, also it needs more ALS, PALS and ACLS information. I really hope version 1.0 is on its way very soon!
Its a bit buggy (doesnt remember your customized menu), but is a really great resource for emergency medicine, and promises to be an even greater app when it hits 1.0; cant wait! ~ Patagon, EMT-P Update..... Its buggy and although a lot of work clearly went into it, I cant help but fear that the developer just gave up on any real development and has just released it in this alpha form. definitely not worth $20. Even with its bugs fixed, I would say its worth $5.
Well put together app easy to search information. Ive been using it to review things. Has a bunch of calculators that your cant use until the first patch that sound like they would be useful. Its pretty much like the informed ems guide app just with more Tx options more pictures, and alot more user friendly. Update... Finally updated with more thanks
Love the calculators, images could use updating but over all great app.
Was not very impressed with this product for the price.... Some of the treatments did not have any information, neither did some of the algorithms.
Pro: I like the A&P charts and the way that you can navigate between them. In general the app has descent/good information in it. Cons: For $20 this should be providing better more complete data with overall easier & cleaner user interface. It would be a really good $6 - 8 app. For $20 save your money.
Very buggy, many times the keyboard will not clear out of the way so that you can see the screen. The layout is very confusing and the graphics are very poorly rendered (does not look good on iPhone 4s display). Additionally this is a "pre-release/beta" version and as such is not worth $20. Plus isnt that a violation of Apples TOS?
**Come on people have a heart. This is a very good app. It does say this is a pre-release, so Im sure theyre going update it soon! **It would be nice if you could separate the emergency drugs from the prescription drugs! **I hope the update comes soon cause Im starting paramedic class in two months. **Im a firefighter/EMT from Indianapolis, Indiana and from what I can tell so far the app is going to be pretty solid when the developers get all the kinks out, and they update from the beta. **So if ur thinking bout gettin it, heck I would have to say, "Heck, just download it"! Its very pricey now, but youll be glad when they finally update the thing! Wow, they finally updated it!
This is very nice in the palm. Just needs to have finished version for iPhone. Hopefully soon???? 01/31/11 Like I said very nice app.
Post-beta update improved functionality of the dosage calculator. Calc functions make this app a great tool for the toolbox!
As a Military Police/EMT you can see it is important to know your stuff. This has it all plus. This can help you save a life.
I am an EMT and found this app while browsing one day. Its great to look at everything on treatments, calculators and anatomy. It also lists a bunch of medications which is great to look up since there is no way I know everything out there. If you need an app like this I think its worth the money.
Ive been using this application for a while now and absolutely love it for quick references and refreshers.
This app has helped me out a bunch while out on the field. I recommend this to anyone.
I think this app is really helpful in the field
