Great App but pls dont forget we are not all Americans!

Please consider putting an option in settings to use US or the rest of the world when it comes to measurements!

Blood Glucose levels for example are in mg/dL, please consider also the option of mmol/L as we are not all Americans!

Also, hoping the full version comes out soon, as some of the calculators, anatomy etc. are still not available in this pre-release version and its been a very long time since any updates!!! Will the app ever be completed??
